TERMS OF SALE AND GENERAL CONDITIONS of Maison Breguet
MAISON BREGUET SALES CONDITIONS
Cancellation policies:
Refundable offers: Reservations may be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 3:00 pm (local time) on the day prior to arrival. After this time, or in the event of a no-show, the first night of the stay will be charged per room booked. Guarantee: A valid credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to issue a pre-authorization to guarantee your reservation. The above-mentioned deposit must correspond to: 1 night for stays of less than 7 nights.
Non-refundable offers: As soon as the reservation is made, 100% of the booking will be charged. By accepting the terms and conditions, you authorize the hotel to charge your credit card for the total amount as specified in the offer description. In this case, no refund will be made, even in the event of cancellation or reservation not honored. Reservations cannot be modified, cancelled or refunded.
Guarantee: We will ask you for proof of identity and the bank card debited in the same name as the person who booked.
Groups : For reservations of more than 6 rooms, the group sales conditions will apply. The hotel's reservations department will submit them to you for approval in order to confirm your booking. Group sales conditions vary according to the total number of nights and the desired period of stay.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Arrival time: 3:00 pm. Departure time: 12:00 pm. Tourist tax: €10.73 per person, per night. Our packages are subject to special conditions.
How to cancel: The confirmation e-mail you receive after making your reservation contains full information on how to cancel your online reservation.
LATE PAYMENT PENALTY CONDITIONS
In accordance with article L. 441-6 paragraph 12 of the French Commercial Code, a late payment penalty of 3% per annum (minimum 3 times the legal interest rate), will be payable in the absence of payment the day after the payment date shown on the invoice. For any professional, in addition to late payment penalties, any sum, including the deposit, not paid on the due date, will automatically give rise to the payment of a fixed indemnity of 40 euros for collection costs (L.441-6 and D. 441.5 of the French Commercial Code).
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
"In accordance with article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has no right of withdrawal for accommodation and catering services.
MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, the two parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. If no amicable agreement can be reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman responsible for the professional, i.e. the Association des Médiateurs Européens (AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint sent to the professional.Referral to the consumer ombudsman must be made:- either by completing the form provided for this purpose on the AME CONSO website: www.mediationconso-ame.com;- or by post addressed to AME CONSO, 197 Boulevard Saint-Germain - 75007 PARIS.
